If they make the demand because they don't like pets? Absolutely not. We're not compatible. Good-bye.

If they're allergic and it's a genuine health issue for them... it depends on a lot of factors. But it's not outside of the realm of possibility. Mind you, one of the deciding factors is that they have a safe place to live, and that I'd still be able to see them: I wouldn't drop them off at the animal shelter, but I might give them to my mom or something.

But first we'd try alternate methods, like allergy medication, or allergy injections (though those are more long-term).

I went to a creationist church when I was younger. One that believed everything in the Bible was 100% true and accurate.

In one of the bible study things, I remember our pastor telling us that God tends to work through earthly means. For example, that common story about a man refusing all help from people during a flood. Then he dies, gets to heaven, asks God why God didn't save him, and God tells him that he DID help. That he sent boats and helicopters, but the guy refused them all.

And again, this was a church that believed the entire Bible had to be taken literally.

So using that logic, you could absolutely argue that masks and the vaccine are sent from God to save people from this pandemic. It's crazy to me that all these so-called Christians keep expecting divine intervention.
