@synklare Unfortunately I do not, just the base game. I have heard that the contents of Royalty can be added in via mods, though I'm not sure which mods. Ideology basically adds beliefs and religion to your colonists. I have heard that you need to start a new game if you add the Ideology DLC as otherwise it will randomly assign religion and beliefs to your colonists and cause all sorts of strife.

From what I understand Ideology changes how the base game works as well as adding somethings. Royalty (the only one I have) expands the game with new missions,weapons and armor and a few other things.. Also if you haven't already I highly suggest the Vanilla Expanded series of mods, since they work like modules you can add what you think sounds good while ignoring what you don't.
