Yeah, it's bullshit. That almost happened with me. I was tracking it, and saw that it was on the truck to deliever to my parents' house, and my mom saw it driving past the house each time, with a note later that day saying it couldn't locate the address.

When it was finally delivered, it was by a lady filling in the route for the day.
