Not sure if this was GF or another studio, but everything they've put out for the Switch has been lackluster in many ways. GO might be the only exception where I don't remember anything particularly off, but they also only had to make like 180 models or something like that. Legends Arceus and it's failings are a product of Game Freak. |

| Number090684 01/21/22 6:45:59 AM #3 | Phys is a bit stronger in the end and requires less glory points for less efficiency miracles to make a optimal build. Phys is eventually more efficient at dealing damage to a single target while Mag is better at dealing damage to multiple targets throughout the game. Not counting uniques, more Phys skills are multihit against a single target, but more importantly Phys skills always have a chance of being critical on their own as long as the enemy doesn't resist them, where as Mag can't critical on their own and require you to hit their weakness, so you'll have to enable them to critical using another skill if the enemy doesn't have a weakness to exploit. Single target Almighty Phys skills are some of the most powerful, efficient skills in the game too. Another reason why a varied endgame Mag isn't as good as endgame Phys is that it requires too many skill slots if you want a versatile Mag build and the more elements you use the more you'll have to sacrifice damage output skills. |

Ive always been willing to give 1 a lot of leeway because it was the first game in the series but 2 just doesnt do anything interesting in my opinion. The only reason its worth playing is because it introduces Chloe Completely agree. Amy Hennig fucked up in Among Thieves when it came to establishing Chloe as a character by making her as a gutless piece of ass for the feuding white protagonist and white rival antagonist to have their turns with. Glad Amy tried to salvage Chloe's character in Drake's Deception but she had very little quality screentime, so the damage was already done. Chloe kind of redeemed herself in Lost Legacy though. |
