I didn't play Loop Hero but I enjoyed reading Para's post
I did think of Hades though, as while I enjoyed it, I don't think it pass the "50 hours test" either, imo. I enjoyed it a lot for the first 40 or so hours but it became super repetitive and I still had stuff to do but I didn't have fun anymore
It was just not on the same level of Binding of Isaac in which it not only pass the 50 hours test, but the 200 hours test as well because literally every run is so different from the previous and it's not even close

I only played Bloodstained and Shovel Knight
Both are great 8/10 games
But I never got the feel that they are a "must play" so whatever

Yeah I never got any social agena vibes from Blizzard so I don't know what that's about

SC2 writing had a lot of problems but I don't think there was any social agenda behind them
The writer just sucked (and yeah I know it's the same guy, but the years ruined him)

Without delving into spoilers, Warcraft 3's single player is decent. The plot is also decent, but only because it copies all of its plot twists directly from Starcraft. A couple of the cinematics are good.

I really don't remember who died in the final arc
At that point I was reading just for the sake of it, didn't care about it at all and just wanted it to be over. I skipped through the chapters pretty fast.

Really not a fan of that arc but maybe the anime will make it watchable. Music and animations can help a lot in battles.

But I really hated how every filler fight dragged forever with multiple "this isn't even my final form" parts
They just refused to die

i can't blame epic for buying exclusives- they have a steep hill to climb, but i think competition between storefronts is good

iirc steam dictates that if a game is on steam, it can't be discounted further anywhere else

i don't play much anywhere other than steam, and this includes gog, epic, origin, uplay, humble... but i'll accept their free games, and if there's a true exclusive that i'm burning to experience it's not like clicking on another launcher is a huge inconvenience

i prefer PC gaming because of the options, i can't hate on these extra storefronts as long as the launcher isn't a virus

Just came back home after seeing it.
I am not huge on Marvel movies, most of them are generic and overrated imo, and I really hated the first Iron Ma..I mean, the first Spider Man movie, and only watched the second one this weekend and though it was just "ok"

But this one was great. Like 9/10 great. It's not easy to excite me with fanservice or references/easter eggs, but they pulled it off perfectly. I loved how the entire crowd in the cinema clapped and cheered when Andrew showed up (and did the same thing when Tobey showed up)

Wasn't really a fan of the memory loss at the end (I usually hate this trope in general) but I am sure they will fix it at some later movie so it's not such a big deal

Humor scenes with the other two Spider Man were perfect too
