Even thinner facial hair can be trimmed to enhance your appearance. You could go retro or do a fade or something. Also if that's not a possibility there are other patterns you could break in an effort to be more healthy. You're going to want to get into more positive mindset and focus on yourself regardless; you can't really expect to have someone come rescue you. The good part of doing that is if you do find someone then you'll be strong enough together (likely at this stage in the game) to do whatever you want. Idk, life is long and full of twists and turns. You could become a king of sex in your 40s and 50s. I wouldn't worry too much about the molds and expectations that were thrust upon you in highschool or whatever.
