We got to a pretty intense few days, and on our way out, I said "Hey Pepys Monster, do you want to go out?". She said "Where?", I said "uh...slushies?" cause we had talked about it earlier that day and I wasn't really expecting a follow up question, just a yes or no. She said "well, I do have a boyfriend but I would gladly go get slushies with you". I was like "ah, ok nevermind" and walked towards my car. Shes like "well we still have to go get slushies" and I was like "we don't have to do anything really" and she's like "why not", I said "it wouldn't be as fun", she's like "well it can still be us without any of the fun stuff", I just kinda got in my car and we both went home.

I think it was crystal clear. I didn't say "do you wanna do X", I said "do you want to go out". We had both been flirty up until that point, everyone in the office could tell our chemistry, she's very subtle and guarded with how she is, I think there's no confusion. In my heart I thought it was obvious what I was asking and didn't need to say "want to get slushies with me, date wise?". Why else would I just blurt "do you want to go out". Not coming at you

Time to find yourself a new crush it seems like. Do the deed every morning before work so you wont be thinking about her during work.

The most obvious things were touch. We played a mobile game together a few times, and each time, she would lay her hand on mine to show me the controls or navigating menus or w/e. One time we were sitting really close with her legs folded towards me like barely away from touching, we kept making eye contact, we both leaned in and she sat upright last second. She's refused to mention her bf even when I asked. She likes to bring up that she's good for my life. Other things too but more specific things.

I don't wanna be the guy who is constantly a backup though or constantly wonders when it's me next. I didn't just ask her out on a whim, we literally work together and sat next to each other almost every day all day. It got to the point where I was so internally shaken up that I just needed to do something. If she had communicated at all that she needed time or she's in something complicated etc, I could wait. But it's all so subtle and feels like everything is some mysterious grey area where I only have hunches.

I don't see it that way, but who knows, I'm always making bad decisions anyway lol. I think I did okay for the situation. I really like this girl so much that it's not worth it to go under the pretense that we're not building something together. Maybe the 4D move was to say yes, but that's hindsight, and also my true intentions is that I want to be her boyfriend and want her as my girlfriend.

If she had said something like "okay but I can't promise anything" or "I'm in a complicated situation, I don't wanna rush" or something like that, I think that'd be way better. She made it clear that she already has a bf and this would just be something extra, and I don't want to bank on being some side friend turned bf or whatever. I'd rather just know where I stand.

I think if something better comes my way, I don't wanna pass it up. The thing is, now my standards for what comes my way are a little higher. I'm just like, damn when chemistry works, it really works, it doesn't feel forced. When I'm attracted, I'm attracted, I don't need to try and supersede her personality to her looks or w/e, I just feel it. When I feel challenged, it's good and makes me want to be better, and that's something I like in someone.

If a girl comes in my life and makes me feel those ways and whatnot, I would try. But I feel like before I was forcing things that I knew I didn't like internally, or settle on things, and I don't really want to feel like I'm settling.

I'm not the most proactive with meeting women. I know I should be more, but idk I don't want to get into it. And even less now that I'm older. I've been trying apps and seeing what sticks, which nothing usually really does. Sometimes hookups will present themselves but I feel mostly done with the hookup phase. After hooking up with different girls, I know it's not what I really want.

I've tried everything I know how (except quitting or moving departments), I think I'm just gonna like her forever and that's how it's gonna be. I've tried being only polite and cordial at work but it's hella awkward to have that vibe, especially since we work in schools so it makes more sense to be upbeat & friendly like my normal self. For the record I did ask her out, she didn't flat out say no but it's still overall a no because she didn't make the leap of faith with me among other things.

There's nothing for me to flat out dislike about her. At first I would try to subconsciously think of ways she'd be bad for me or whatever, but I know I like her deep down. I also know that she hasn't actually done anything to me to make me hate her or anything. She led me on a little but nothing too crazy, and she's shown restraint in doing that too.

I've been out of work for like 20 days due to vacation and me getting covid. I could tell she was hesitant on how our dynamic would be but that she also missed me. Would give me glances and ask to collab on stuff that day. I just showed up and just tried to be my old self when we first got along, just chill and fun and vibey.

The only thing I can really think of is that I'll just continue being myself, and part of being myself is liking her unconditionally. If it's meant to be, it'll happen. If not, whatever, can't make someone like me. I just feel as though there's nothing I can do to stop myself from liking her. I've never fallen this intensely for someone.

I like these guys, they always cut hair really well. I usually get tapered sides and back and part it to the right on top, and other places fuck up the taper or cut the top uneven. These guys are the best and consistent, so I've been going back there. Pretty chill vibe too.

I might try another place next time, one of my friends with decent hair recommends a barber of his. Right now, my left and right sides have a different taper pattern altogether, I can't tell if it's intentional or not, looks kinda cool tho. It's fun to groom and stylize.

That's a shitty strategy. People trust stores more than individuals if the price is the exact same.

You would want to sell it at 10% off, maybe 15. You make profit and have guaranteed customers.

Just try to do it one situation. Sometimes I'll learn something advanced and get it down in training mode, and when it comes to a match, there's so much going on that I don't do it. I have to sometimes tell myself at the beginning of the round "Just try X once", and it slowly gets incorporated. Also helps to play worse people cause you're a little calmer to do that.
