Farming talent books so so tedious

I paired Ayaka with Xingqiu for perma freeze to take advantage of blizzard straya's frozen bonus. I haven't tried her out with a melt build.

Officially "cheese product" in that it's made using (real) cheese somewhere in the process but it's a heavily processed food with who knows what else thrown into the mix.

But how did IE monetize a wonky box-model?

This is a symptom of how they made money rather than the cause of how they made money. Consider this scenario back in the late 90s:

Customer: IE does weird stuff with this site and the code is correct. MS please fix?
Microsoft: It's perfectly fine everywhere else. Tell the dev to change it so that it works in our browser and if he doesn't then you can go to some other browser.

That's the power Microsoft commanded back in the day with IE. They could tell you how to build your websites. And they offered services and tools to do just that. Want to build professional websites? Buy Visual Studio to do it. Need professional help with the coding? Microsoft had you covered with contractor experts. It wasn't the browser itself, it was the ruleset they invented that other people had to play by if they wanted a chunk of the internet to claim back then.

The thing with Microsoft back in the day was that they did enough innovation to overtake other browsers for market share then didn't do anything for several years once they had the majority. It was a painful cash grab move that has lasted up until this day. It took the threat of Chrome and Firefox for them to finally update their browser for standards in IE9 but by then it was too late. Not a lot of people remember just how much damage for web technology Microsoft did by quite literally doing nothing on IE6. It's also the reason why we still have legacy crap in business and enterprises that keep legacy IE around.

That's mostly what people want to avoid happening again.

How did IE even make money?

Before it became the laughing stock amongst browsers, it became the dominate browser because Microsoft included it with Windows. Since it worked out of the box, people just used that instead of putting effort to get Opera or Netscape instead. By the time IE6 came out, IE had a commanding lead on the browser market and could dictate how things were to be done which is where the money source came in.

IE6 and Windows XP became the era when how bad their security issues were came to light and IE gained a severely negative reputation. This was compounded more with the release of Firefox and effectively put into the grave with the release of Chrome.

When you hear the phrase "Don't let Chrome become the new IE6", they're referring to this chunk of dark history on the internet where IE6 was the king and Microsoft sat around doing shit all with advancing the web. It's a cautionary tale in that they don't want history to repeat itself.

Nah this is the shift from the waterfall style of development into the agile style of development. It extends far beyond than just video games.

A major example that you're probably using right now is Windows 10. Look how many builds they've demanded you upgrade to since it first came out.

The ambience is the main difference.

Bars are usually slanted more towards being more active and louder and people are encouraged to be in party mode. This encourages bars to be more slanted on the cocktail side of drinks.

Pubs are slanted more towards relaxed "stay awhile and listen" environment. Grab a drink, relax at the table and chat up with your squad. This encourages drinks to be more slanted towards the beer side of drinks.

I don't understand. What would the correct code be? It's not like they actually sent you one, did they?
Or did they get your password and just need the code to gain access?

That's what I think. It might be tied to password resetting as well although I haven't reset my password on PayPal in several years so I don't know for sure.
