I guess. Ive always just considers the elite 4 to not really have a home. Gym leaders have a whole place to live at, while the Elite 4 have to share a place with like 5+ other trainers. That seems cheap to me

I tried looking up bootleg versions of Spider-Man but its still cam footage in a theater so Im not watching that. Im just going to put on a mask and sit in the back of the theater. But I dont expect to make it a regular thing. I was perfectly happy watching Dune and Matrix 4 at home

Its a cinematic movie, its meant to be an cinematic experience and not so much about a story.

although I never read the book so I was definitely involved in the story this time. Part 2 cant come soon enough though. I dont think itll be released for like 2-3 years though

Im only in season 4 now but theres only a couple loose ends so far.

i was actually expecting a lot more random shit than it gives us. Sometimes theyll show random brand new characters get whacked, or a husband and wife fighting and Ill be like who the hell is this?! And then itll come back around by the end of the episode.

Dr Melfis rape is probably the most confusing and pointless one so far though. I dont know what the writers were thinking even by the end of that episode, it almost felt like they regretted including it in the first place

but I do understand that a lot of the show is basically about nothing, kinda like Seinfeld or Pulp Fiction. Its just about people sitting around and talking about their daily lives. There isnt an actual plot. So Im expecting some stuff to be left open

It was pretty bad. Dime store Morpheus and Smith pretty much ruined it for me. Not to mention the whole, Smith comes to the rescue. Why? . . . Who knows. Neo loses a bunch of his powers, and Trinity is suddenly just as powerful as him. Why? . . . Just because? I've never seen so many dramatic plot moves with absolutely no reason or explanation. It had me for the first 20 minutes or so, then it went right down the shitter.

lets be fair here, other than Neo being the one in the first movie, nothing at all makes sense in any of the Matrix movies

if there was any problem at all with this new one, its that the Wachowskis didnt try to make a stand alone story.

They should have tried to ignore Matrix 2 and 3, but instead they made a full sequel to it, as if anyone even cares or remembered how Matrix 3 ended

From what I hear, literally everyone is getting this new variant (omni whatever). None of the vaccines or boosters prevent it. Masks barely even help contain the spread.

Star Wars is perfection - a cinematic masterpiece and some of the most influential movies of all time.
The Lord of the Rings films were extremely good, but not flawless, particularly with how the last one had, like, seven endings.
The Matrix trilogy was very good, but had issues. Definitely the weakest of the three.

I would only say their first 3 albums are good. The Black Album sounds instantly different, even on the first listen.
