Not officialy, no. But it's got a medley of good stuff going for it.
Difficult but responsive games with a lot of heart in them.
Simple but great music with a lot of heart in them.
Lore that's easily digestible but not only fun to make your own headcanons about stuff (fanbases love that, especially the type of fans that create their own content (artists, musicians, developers) and that's what gives small franchises like Touhou their cultural staying power) but the creator actively encourages it.

Plus the creator is very lenient about the IP and loves it when people/small companies do fun shit with it.

And it's got a ton of heart. It's kinda hard to hate in a lot of ways.

My solution for games that require accessing the inventory with the "I" key (i.e. any game with inventory management) is to bind it to F, and the Map "M" key to something like Tab. Whatever is F or Tab by default usually becomes one of my thumb mouse buttons, or any other button I can reach. You know, just for access, and for example.

I've played a few games where this works only to a certain degree.
Sure, you can hit F to access your inventory, but once the inventory screen is open, the keybinds are default again, so either F doesn't close the inventory screen and I have to hit the I key anyways, (or Escape, which also nullifies the reason I bound it to F because my tiny fingers can't reach Escape comfortably) or worse, it might also actually have F be another command on the Inventory screen altogether, say something terrible but not absurd like "discard item."

Now I've scrapped my +3 Sword of Gimundo PP because I just wanted to close to my damn inventory.

Fallout 76 had an extra layer of fuck you, where if you open your Pip-Boy with F, pressing F again won't put away your Pip-Boy. So you have to hit Escape. But Escape actually brings up the Menu, so you have to hit Escape twice, which is super disorienting if you need to access your inventory in a heated moment.

When I brought this up to a friend, the usual response is, "just learn to use the default keybinds," "it's not the developer's job to make sure the rebound keybinds actually work," "they don't expect you to actually rebind the keys," or "just get bigger hands."
