It's still not a bad idea to take a step back periodically and make sure you haven't crossed the line between feeling good about yourself and outright mania. The latter can be dangerous, though the former is great.

Im happy to consider this, but potd and people on the internet in general on the internet dont make for the best therapists in my experience
