It wasn't like his first try throughout the whole video. Hell it apparently took him like 10+ hours of attempts for the final boss. Also the video starts at 55 minutes which I'm assuming is about how long it took to get to the first checkpoint.

It's Casio Mario in case you were curious. I wanted to reach the first checkpoint of the first level today but it's not gonna happen. It's surprisingly not really frustrating, making progress feels good. It does get a little taxing/boring to play the same parts over just to try something new out. Also I hardly know about high level SMW so I'm wondering how much the lack of experience/knowledge is a factor here. I think I'll try more tomorrow.

I think the poop one. Main reason is that the consequences of not releasing it is that you shit yourself which is a HUGE inconvenience. So it both feels good and saves you a major problem.

There's two parties to us but there's really just one party, which is the rich. Democrat and Republican doesn't matter, it's just to get us infighting and not see that the rich are actually the ruling party. I have seen him live once, and while I do agree that he's def not the same recorded vs live, I still had fun for the aspect of being there. Being fucked up helps too lol.

Yeah it's generally really chill and vibey, not so much aggressive in musicality nor lyrics. Doesn't seem like it'd invite that kind of energy, but he's mainstream enough where he's gonna get all kinds of people anyway, especially when he's encouraging it on stage.

Idk. It feels like he's at least partially responsible for what happened and also just the imagery of people dying and screaming while music is ignorantly bumpin is horrific, especially because I really like going to live music.

I can still enjoy him in features, but whenever his main stuff comes on, I feel a little eeked at listening to it. Can't enjoy it as much as I used to.

The main thing I couldn't get over is, who asked for this? I really don't think there's a huge need for basically multi billion dollar Second Life.

Idk if everyone's going to want to wear AR glasses all the time or wear gloves. There's kind of a smugness about it, like they don't understand that not every job chooses between wearing sweatpants at home or wearing sweatpants in the office. Some jobs can't be remote. They showed a girl virtually tuning into an irl concert as a hologram, but in an actual concert, people are packed and gonna stand in the hologram while you try talking to your friend lol. Not to mention your AR glasses at the concert can't run out of battery. This is just one example, it really didn't seem like this thing is made for how life actually is.

The video was so weird too. They gesture waayy too much with their hands and don't converse like normal humans at all. Each person basically said the same thing, and they keep pushing that anyone can make money on it. If this is the second phase of the internet as they say, I need more appeal than making a few bucks off NFTs.

Also the lights turning on in your house just because you look at them felt like a huge problem. When I look at something, it's to decide what I'm going to do, doesn't mean I necessarily want it done.

I think AR could actually be pretty useful if or once it gets implemented. Especially for cars, I think highlighting what road you need to be on would be awesome. Could help for food and nutrition info too. But I really don't buy all the other crap.

I don't get it. There's all this stigma for liking someone for pure attraction's sake, acting on pure attraction, judging someone else for liking attractiveness, needing personality to matter, etc. Why does it matter? We all have a core sexual drive, there's no reason to pretend like we don't. I'm not saying depth doesn't exist, it's totally reasonable to like someone for their personality or how they grew to be attractive, etc. It just seems weird that there's some sort of sexual shame for letting attraction be the forefront, when it really is a factor in how we pick people.

Idk, seems very bigoted. I guess they do have the right, like they also have the right to not want to make a cake with a black groom/bride on top, but it's still super fucked up.

Also, why wouldn't you want the money? If they aren't paying you, they are gonna pay someone else, just seems logical to suck it up.

Because there is also the possibility that you did have covid when you got tested, and testing at the absolute minimum will account for that. Testing negative is still not a surefire 100% 'whopee I don't have covid, lets go apeshit', and anyone would be foolish for treating it as such at this point in our knowledge of covid. Also contracting covid is not totally RNG, like if you're just sitting in your home and order delivery drop-off, you're not just gonna contract covid out of nowhere.

I got tested once.

I dont personally see the value in the tests tbh, because you could easily contract the virus immediately after testing negative.

Getting a test is still more information than not having one, which could be important.

I also work in HS

We did weekly testing last year provided by the school. I've tested every time I've been a close contact. I also tested once when I got sick with some sinus thing but it was negative.

Luckily I live in MA so educators get paid more overall here than most of the country. As long as I feel like I make enough to do what I need/want, it's fine. Psychs make more baseline so just exploring options and stuff right now.

Either school counselor, school psychologist, or school adjustment counselor.

This has been maybe the biggest question of my life for the past 13 years so it feels nice to finally understand what I wanna do.

I just have to look at the logistics of each at this point. Huge weight off my shoulders otherwise.
