I haven't used my Keurig in a long time because I generally want more than one cup of coffee at any given time, but you can buy a reusable cup that you just fill with your own coffee. You don't have to use the disposables

some, meaning probably newer ones, have a sensor that will detect if you have an "official" one or not. but i heard you can just cut a wire inside to disable that, but that was a while ago and they may have made it harder.

we did it. my son sleep through the night in his crib on his own!

he woke up like 2-3 more times and cried, but he always settled down within maybe 20 minutes.

i dunno what happened between 2am-5am because i fell asleep,but i had his monitor on right next to me and i didn't wake up.

at 5am, i woke up and realized i forgot to change his room's smart bulb setting to automatically turn on at 5am so he was awake and looking around the room. i went in there to get him and he was all SMILES

normally his mother holds him in her arms and she rocks him as he falls asleep, and then he sleeps on top of her in our bed. i know its not SIDS safe but it was the only way to get him down and keep him asleep.

but, hes getting older, and he is developmentally ready to sleep on his own. well, he has been for a while.

we're using the Ferber Method. you put the kid down, let him cry, and check in on him in increasing intervals until you're at about 10 minutes apart. that way, the kid slowly learns that i gotta put myself to sleep, but mom and dad didn't abandon me.

he cried for about an hour, fell asleep, then woke up and cried for almost 2 hours. now hes been fast asleep for a long time. our baby book says tomorrow will be better.

still. never heard him cry like that before. it was so sad :(

I would first research to see if there's any underlying "presumptions" or unintended messages people of said culture could jump to before committing to getting specifically inked. Something as trivial as skin tattoos can end up being bigger investments than some eager people realize.

I have known peers who lived in the U.S. and acted like big fans of their cultural heritage from other continents despite not experiencing any of it in person. Then they made some costly decisions to "celebrate" said heritage without doing some research only to find out during travel that "their people" in said other countries rolled their eyes and laughed at such modifications as "typical American" ignorance.

Not saying that's your deal here. I just suggest you check around before getting certain body mods and be honest with yourself about how far you're really willing to take it. Maybe examine how things for people turned out after taking the same plunge. What changes can happen, what maintenance if any is involved, etc.

oh yeah. i get it. i dont think ill ever actually get this tattooed but maybe something else. of course, after extensive research.
