This showrunner is the one who wanted the series to end with Dexter about to get the lethal injection, and the witnesses were all of the people he killed over the years in the show. Some of them were required if you wanted to do raid content. I just know there was content I would not have been able to clear without forming a private group with when I *did* play. I played two years ago and didn't have a problem with queues, and then I also levelled three months ago and the queues were even faster. I've played WoW since the beginning so waiting 5-7 minutes is a blessing compared to dps queues there.
