I dunno, using they/them/their/etc. is so fucking confusing. Is there more than 1 Demi Lovato? There needs to be another word for it or just be non-binary without that label. I dunno.

I don't understand it. Why do these people need labels?

If there's a biological woman that sees herself as a man, why does she desire to be called a man or as a he/him?

Or in this case, Demi Lovato who came out as non binary. I mean, she's a biological woman. It seems really silly to call her "they/them" and very confusing especially if you don't know the person. It just causes a lot of confusion.

Isn't this whole gender labeling the wrong idea? From my perspective, they are denying their biological sex and who they are and basically demand people to call them whatever gender they see themselves as. To me, that's not respecting other people's views at all.

In my opinion, it's different addressing trans people. Like a male to female trans I will refer to them as a woman because it's much more clear.

We are humans and sex is an actual thing. If someone perceives themselves as a male or woman, that's fine, but they don't need a label. Just keep it to yourself.

And I need to make it clear that I'm not homophobic or anything like that. I just think this is getting out of hand and trying to understand it and why people that use labels get pissed off when someone doesn't call them whatever they perceive.

I'm on 175 mcg of it, I mean I'm tired all the time too, but it's hard to separate that from my chronic severe depression so idk.

You probably need your dose raised.
Most likely. Last night I had little sleep and now I feel more exhausted than usual.

I have it due to a larger condition where I've had 3 pituitary adenomas (non cancerous) and no longer have a working pituitary gland.

Are they testing your other hormones to see if there isn't a bigger problem
They have not. I'll ask about it just in case

Yeah my entire pituitary system is fucked. Takes a while to find the right level but once it clicks you feel much better
How long did it take for you? How were you feeling before and after?

I know everyone is different but I'm curious.

I wish the process was faster because I want to get back to work. Lol

Hey, you're doing something about it and that's more than a lot of people. The "gradually upping dose" thing is normal, you're getting closer and closer to some resolution. I wish you luck.
Yeah you're right. Thanks.

Yeah, I also started exercising regularly. I'm making the effort to make changes because I need to regain control of my life.

I enjoy working out, but again, with no energy, I can't do it much. But for the past two months I've been going on 35-40 minute walks regularly. That's like a miracle for me. Lol. Now I miss not going on my walks. But it's great progress so far

Make sure you're taking it correctly. You need to take it first thing in the morning and ideally wait at least an hour before you eat or drink anything but water. That shit is micrograms, not milligrams, it's a tiny lil dose and the absorption of it is blocked by pretty much anything else.

Either way that's one of the smallest doses and you will probably have to keep doing tests and upping it for a bit.
Yeah. I wake up at 5 am and wait an hour to eat breakfast. I usually eat breakfast at 7 am or 8 am. But I take it so early just in case.

I bet a lot of people think I'm lazy but I'm always tired and have very little to no energy. I even put the things I enjoy doing on hold for later or the next day because of it. Ugh.

I don't have it but my Grandmother did. She was also on Levothyroxine. They just keep upping the dose every few weeks until they see results.
That'll probably happen to me too. I just want whatever is the right dose asap. Lol. I am so fucking tired all the time.

I hate the following:

Karen
stan
Peach Bowser thing
Waluigi

Probably because everyone uses them and they were never funny or clever to begin with.

The Bowletta crap was just a stupid fad from irritating fans. Do they think Nintendo would really create a fan made creation? That would have its own set of problems.

And the Waluigi crap is annoying as fuck too. Same with that blue guy people want in Smash. Sometimes it seems a famous person wants something to be a thing and people jump on the bandwagon. That's what Waluigi is. He's a joke and a jobber character and should remain that way.

I take 20 mcg of levothyroxine. Started over a month ago and it hasn't done anything. I see my doctor later this week. My tsh got back to the normal range, but I'm still fucking exhausted. The meds haven't done anything for me yet. It sucks.
