Pretty funny how the olympics has been going.

First the women's soccer team lost after talking themselves up so much (not all of them, though, just the attention seekers).

Next the men's basketball team lost after they were talked up as so great and always hating on the country.

Now Simone Biles, after she had been saying that she gets penalized for being so much better than others (ie bragged), she has made tons and tons of mistakes. All of those big talkers who lean the same way politically have been owned lately.

Also, it's kind of stupid that they have alternates and then Mykayla and Jade as individuals and then when a gymnast pulls out, they can't add anyone. lol. So stupid. i guess they had to do it only before the competition started.

Not that they would have won gold, anwyay, as they would have probably been about a point too low still. But had Simone not done ANY event and they had someone else there instead they MAY have won gold still because Simone had 0.8 taken away due to a huge mistake.

the covid survivability rate does not take into account that many people end in hospital, or that they get hideous side effects (including impotence) and that said side effects follow them for months or years or even a lifetime. But hey, they survived right ?

have you not paid attention to the news at all? people ona cruise, the yankees players, just yesterday it was talking about some huge number (all vaccinated) got it somewhere... I forget where, I think some of those at the olympics were also vaccinated. Everyone ahs a right to decide what to put in their body. their bodies, their choices if they don't want to put a non-fda-approved substance in. (also look at all of the long time substances claimed to be safe that now have commercials trying to get people to in class action suits after finding out years later bad things caused by them.) You may like others controlling your body, but everyone has a right to make their own choices.

When Ayrton Senna died at the San Marino Grand Prix in 1994, Dakota Skye AKA Lauren was a newborn who had just been born less than two weeks before.

Just as Senna, chased by Michael Schumacher, lost control of his car at the tamburello corner, somewhere across the atlantic ocean there was this baby girl who was doomed to a short life of pain and suffering.

Two completely unrelated things that have absolutely nothing to do with each other. But idk. It's just sad.

Yeah, I am still sad about this because I thought she was going to be ok. And also I meant to email her recently to give her some positivity and I apparently didn't do it, although I see where I DMed her asking how shew as doing when i was worried about her in the past.

Yet another situation where I wish I had a time machine to get her to be careful in her decisions... It feels so weir because she seemed pretty normal lately. But she got mad that someone supposedly stole money.

Also, normally I don't let these things bother me, but having talked to her (and really been into her personality in the beginning) it feels different.

This sucks so bad that Lauren, aka Dakota Skye died. I talked to her starting 8 years ago before she was a porn star and she was always a sweet girl who was pathetically bullied (similar to how people here do, which is immature, but anyway...).
