So if he is brought to the top 30, along with a lot of other fodder, its an easy multiple spots every year. |

But, and hear me out for a second, what if someone only likes one or two of the ff7 cast as a priority and would actually like to see some of these culled to boost their favorite's chances? Once the vote barrier comes too high, it becomes everyone for their selves of course. But let me tell you something, if it gets to the top 30 and 18 characters are VII, you have a much better chance if you are say Barret or Yuffie to beat Dark Nation or Genesis as opposed to like Zidane or Celes. |

Yeah I dont think FF7 is weak but Id say like half the characters dont have primary backers and are at risk of going out any given day right now. And then there are another couple that are just kept afloat by one or two people and could be in danger if they miss a day. Yeah, you know what gets rid of that. Block saving. There are enough VII savers where we could have the entire game saved by hour 2 right now. |

Island of your own watches your own characters die sooner than they need to. Taking every one together helps everyone last longer. |

NominateMoogles 07/21/21 8:30:19 PM #275 | MartinFF7 posted... I like your passion MWC, but this is going to be a regular occurrence. Cloud is probably eliminated without you here, and Rufus is usually eliminated around this time. Cissnei and Dark Nation are going to be hangers-on until they're gone, possibly soon. Cait Sith's had to be bailed out repeatedly so far, and even Cid H is only a 3rd hour save at best for several users. It's not going to get any better. i mean, yes it will continue to happen, but it doesnt have to. We literally have enough savers to move the entire game into the top 40 every year if we formulated a plan and traded with each other. |

When my brother's friend first busted it out in a game, I did like twelve double takes and demanded to read every word of the card text. I couldn't believe a freakin common (this was still around the time most of us were fumbling with the first starters) could be so broken. The first time I saw Master Peace Dracoslaying King I blew a gasket. |

Cause Mr. RK over here is high high up on the list of worst monsters of all time. A tribute monster that gives your opponent an extra level for sychros is high up on the least competitively viable card in any TCG ever. A minus 1 whose only purpose is to let your opponent climb in power. |

Larvae Moth? Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth? Gate guardian? Yu-jo friendship? The Vehichroid boss monster that requires 4 specific materials and cuts its attack in HALF during the damage step (this card is like a minus 7 if you include getting all the materials out, and it cuts its attack in half, absurd) |

The only one even arguable is LAkers last year. But that doesnt happen if not for Covid. The Miami ones are obviously absurd bullshit, and the Cavs one is in the top 3 most egregious screw jobs with 08 Celtics and 06 Heat. |

Topic | NBA Finals topic |
NominateMoogles 07/21/21 1:09:49 AM #204 | So, Im only gonna make one post about this, and then after this conversation never speak on it again, because, yes, this was a dirty Championship series, but because this it the NBA its not even top 10 in my lifetime alone (LeBron should have 0 rings for example) so its not worth getting worked up forever over it What the Bucks actually are, we saw in game 1 and 2 of the Nets series. And thats a team that does not even belong on the fucking court with the Elite teams. That Nets team is a fair representation of the Clippers, LAkers, Suns, Jazz, Nuggets, Hawks, 76ers, and of course, the Nets. Now, 2 things. 1: I either rooted for the Bucks or was neutral in every series till the end of the Hawks when it just became blatant that was going on. (Fuck the Nets, Kevin you great, but fuck Kylie, fuck Doc, and there are not enough fucks in the world for that choker extraordinaire Ames Haren 2: I was ahead of the curve. I suspected something may be up at the end of the Heat when they were just allowed to do anything to them. But then the first two Nets games put me into a false sense of no, I was reading too much into that. I was wrong. So most people figured it out during the Atlanta and Suns series. I knew it during the Heat. Fuck the Nets. I was very much rooting for the Bucks (or more aptly against the Nets) and even I was like, the refs are keeping us in these games. Durant played 8 on 5 for 5 games and came a toe on the line away from winning it still. Hes better than the entire Bucks team combined, and would have won those games by about an average of 15 if it wasnt 8 on 5. Speaking of 8 on 5. Holiday should foul out EVERY game. And Tucker should foul out before a quarter ends. Tucker was fouling Durant 20 times a game at least, and I dont think he ever fouled out. If he did it was once toward the end of the game. Giannis had 19 FTs today and earned maybe 4, Durant had games he probably shot less than 6 and should have had 70. While being legally assaulted he was still putting up better than this entire championship team combined. Speaking of legal assault. I dont know why half of the Bucks arent in a Georgia prison right now because they pretty much committed attempted murder every time Atlanta guards had the ball. Now Trae Young still had this team beat even while being killed, until a ref fouled him. Now Im not actually saying this happened on purpose, I want to make that clear. But the irony of the being saved by the refs physically after all they had done to save them with the whistle was not lost on me. Poor Atlanta, you also get fucked over because we need to reward loyalty to small market. And what a perfect picture for that that Silver painted, huh? He had these small market get to run over the #6 city, #1 city, I wanna say Atlanta is like #8, dont know for sure, definitely large market, and the #5 city who is currently on the way to becoming #3. Fuck big markets, am I right? If only Chicago was the 6 seed and the Clippers won, then he could have had them take out the top 3 8 on 5. Glorious. There is nothing else to say about the finals, its the same as Brooklyn, only the Suns have more than just one likeable person. If I had to choose who the refs fucked over more its a coin flip but gun to my head I do pick the Nets just cause as good as Booker is, hes certainly not Durant, you can guard Booker without fouling (now, they didnt.. but you can) where as Durant is so tall you straight up cant guard him without fouling. And they did foul, but no whistles. So congrats to the Silver on your goal, you werent even Subtle about it putting Foster in, congrats to Bud, the refs fucked you in the past against the King, now they paid it back, congrats to Middleton, you truly deserve it, congrats to Giannis who can now add his bullshit Title and Finals MVP to his bullshit second MVP and defensive player of the year (he deserved the first MVP obviously), the most manufactured Superstar since Harden Luka, youre next buddy. Congrats on your undeserved Title in the next 5 years as Silver tries desperately to create Superstars that arent there. And thats it. Ive vented. Its already happened, cant be changed, and its not like its anywhere near the tier of Dwayne Wade 06 or The 08 Celtics having two different games where they had Role Players shoot more FTs than the Entire LAkers teams combined while the Lakers had the 3 best players in the series.. So congrats on the, I dont know, 12th, 13th who knows, low teens least legitimate Title of my lifetime. The fact that this isnt #1 (or even #1 with the Bucks. The Bucks 76ers series in 01 was even worse than this one, that went the other way though) with a bullet reminds me Fuck you Silver, and as I look down to the depths where I KNOW you now reside, Fuck Stern. Out. |
