The stationary car isn't dangerous, but as someone who isn't good at backing in, there's a chance I could hit it, and that's dangerous.

Someone who is bad at backing in is going to be more dangerous backing out cause there will be cross traffic to deal with.

I look down on people who back into spaces. Most of them seem to drive huge trucks that have no business being backed into spots.

If you drive a huge ass truck, it is a lot easier to back in than back out. Can't really see traffic to back out when you are looking past an 8 foot bed.

It's only safer if there isn't anyone beside the space you want to park in. If there is, backing in is 10x more dangerous.

If you consider an unoccupied stationary car to be very dangerous to back next to, you shouldn't be driving.

Company should have been political neutral in the first place and not put up anything to start. Politics is so toxic and divisive that it is best to avoid getting involved.

Yeah it is. When backing in you don't need to back into traffic. Also getting out is easier to see if there is traffic in the parking lot when you are going forward.

Sounds stupid. Backing in is a lot easier and safer than backing out.

Only place where I see the management ban backing in was when there was equipment at the rear of the stall. Presumably they don't want cars damaging their stuff.

On the balance, she made CE better.
She was actually generous to CE before people started picking fights with her.

I wish her the best...and she should join Jakebox night.

She definitely made CE a better and more entertaining place. The fights were the best part. Excellent popcorn.

These pro athletes are paid millions of dollars to play at the highest level of their sport. It goes without saying that they are expected to be fully prepared to play their sport which includes being mentally and physically ready to play. When they don't meet their expectations then there will be criticism.

I don't blame her for taking herself first before her sport but it comes with critique. Are we gonna stop critiquing these pro athletes based on not being mentally prepped for their calling?

There is a reason why some athletes retire on a high note. They don't want their legacy to be tarnished when the inevitable decline sets in and their performance suffers.
