Naruto and co. keep orochimaru around for damn near the same reason the shinigami keep that asshat around. Basically they are very, very smart, and despite how insane and just how many random dudes they killed, they are the ones that help come up with solutions when shit really hits the fan. We at least know that kakashi has put yamato on permanent orochimaru status.....and hokage naruto forgot to give him co-workers/different shifts, =/ God yamato's life sucks.

I just got back yesterday from a long weekend at HersheyPark in Pennsylvania.

Literally every place we went to eat was short staffed. 30 minute wait times to be seated in places that were MAYBE 1/4th full, simply because they had no waitstaff available.

One place made me laugh, because they had a sign that said "Please be patient, due to the 'pandemic' (yes in quotes) no one wants to work, so we are extremely short staffed", with another sign next to it saying "Finding willing employees: The New Pandemic".
