| Jiggy101011 05/18/21 9:23:26 AM #9 | Currently replaying ME2 on the Legendary Edition, I totally forgot how that whole Haelstrom dark matter storyline just gets swept under the rug lol. I think even one of the dialogue options for Shepard during Talis loyalty mission is "is this something we should be concerned about?" And Tali says something like its a problem for another day. Would have been a better reason for why the Reapers exist, however I do believe the kill ending is the cannon one. If you want to get rid of space child I thought they could have done something with the plotline from ME1 where the scientists on Ilos figured out some signal to use at the citadel. | Jiggy101011 05/17/21 9:10:49 AM #1 | May 14, 2021 Dear Costco Member, The U.S. Centers for Disease Control recently announced new guidance regarding COVID-19 and vaccines. Among other things, the CDC now says that fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask in most settings, except where required by state and local laws. People are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine. Based on this new guidance regarding vaccine effectiveness, beginning May 14, 2021, we are modifying our policy regarding face coverings in some U.S. Costco locations. U.S. locations with no state or local mask requirements - revised policy In Costco locations where the state or local jurisdiction does not have a mask mandate, we will allow members and guests who are fully vaccinated to enter Costco without a face mask or face shield. We will not require proof of vaccination, but we ask for members responsible and respectful cooperation with this revised policy. Face coverings will still be required in healthcare settings, including Pharmacy, Optical, Hearing Aid. Costco continues to recommend that all members and guests, especially those who are at higher risk, wear a mask or shield. U.S. locations with state or local mask requirements - no policy change In those Costco locations where the state or local jurisdiction does have a mask mandate, we will follow the state or local regulations and continue to require members and guests to wear a face mask or face shield. Children under the age of 2 are exempt. If a member or guest has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, they must wear a face shield. Truthfully I imagine this will be the norm for all retail and food stores over the next several months. I haven't played it since launch and my first time through I felt like it overstayed its welcome. Now replaying it and knowing the story beats and where it ends up I still feel like its overstaying its welcome. I really dislike how Druckmann beats you over the head for 8 hours about why I should feel sympathy for Abby. Her section really should be a couple of hours long and he could have got the same point across. That's basically the twist of the game. In the very beginning of the game when Kratos is chopping down the tree, that is what breaks the magic spell that is concealing Kratos and his family. Odin then notices it and sends Baldur to kill the giant because he wants all giants dead (I think it has to do with some prophecy). Baldur gets there and thinks the giant is Kratos, Kratos and the player believes he's being hunted because he's a God that doesn't belong there, when really Faye (Atreus' mom) was the Giant all along. The Loki thing is interesting, I think in Norse mythology he spits out a snake or something when he is a kid and that turns into the World Serpent that we see in the game? That Atlus can't put their games on more platforms because they're a small company, even though putting their games on more platforms will bring in significantly more revenue than it would cost to do so, giving them the excess revenue to afford to do so? Making a game for Xbox and Playstation isn't as simple as going Ctrl+V.Xbox. I think forum dwellers don't have a clue how much $ and time goes into making a game let alone for multiple platforms. Most likely because Yakuza 7 was a multi platform game it probably added 6-8 months of development cost and there wasn't a guarantee that Xbox users would even gravitate towards a JRPG on a western platform. Remember Yakuza 7 was years into development before Atlus and Sega saw the engagement numbers of Yakuza on Game Pass. Honestly on your first playthrough I would say if you aren't captivated by the story by the time you get to the amusement park then the game won't be for you. I ended up switching to digital at the start of the Xbox One/PS4 era because it meant I would have had had buy additional shelving to store new games and honestly I think it looked tacky having them all lined up and unused. Honestly I don't really miss having them on a shelf as I can't tell you the last time I used a physical 360 disc as the current machine is BC.
