I dont really make any long-term plans since life is fundamentally meaningless and any attempts to convince myself otherwise have proven futile. But to answer your question, I have no reason to move afaik, but you know how short job tenures can be in tech (Im in tech). In my experience, it's cheaper than renting. Plus, you can even rent it out and have the renters pay the mortgage.
