first boss down, pretty easy stuff but on inferno you can only make one mistake which is fair imo

its immediately noticeable how much better the choreography for the cutscenes in this game are compared to 8 and celceta

the crimson line shit is really gimmicky and lame though and i wish it didnt exist outside of its combat version

no, i know what you mean, the exp gains in that is very deliberate and will also happen in the other expac's MSQ's iirc

uh yeah of course leveling is "harder" on subsequent jobs, they literally boosted the exp gains from quests by x2 to make sure ppl playing the first time thru dont get stuck having to actually level like we had to when doing expacs when they were current

it was like from either 46 or 47 to 50 for the final msq quest in base ARR and you literally had to FATE grind it back then

yeah probably tbh, for most FCs in the west its just a rotation of whatever exp buff they wanna put up for the day and thats it unless you get into an actual good FC (which most people wont)
