Just found out she quit. Which means I'll never see her again. I was supposed to see her at work yesterday but they changed my schedule. Wow. Life is depressing. I never got her number.

So this is like my 10th topic about this, probably the final one.

So I started talking to the girl coworker about a month ago, mostly on friendly coworker terms. The more I talked to her, the more I had a mad crush on her. I had like a mini boost of confidence during this whole thing, but not enough. I think that's what affected me the most.

Lately, I just feel entirely distant from the whole thing. I haven't talked to her as much. The closest I felt was last week but my boss/me might have ruined it. I was walking with her talking going into work and we ran into him. He said hi to her then jokingly said "I thought you were [me]'s girlfriend". She laughed at it but I was shocked he said that and somehow I ended up walking behind her in silence. I had lunch break with her later that day and everything went fine.

Anyway, I was gonna try and talk to her more yesterday to see if I could lean into asking her out but there were constant interruptions the whole day and i only managed to say hi and talk to her for like 20 seconds. I missed her on the way out of work too.

So now I have just given up. I'm kinda depressed about it but I think I'm at peace now. The stress I had in my stomach is almost gone now too.

They have expanded into legit businesses already.

Yeah we had 2 30 min lunch break at work in the break room this past week. Talked the entire time.

So this thing has me in bad health lol. My stomach is messed up and i can't eat full meals lately.

Also, if I do ask her out it should just be straight up right? Like no insecurities. Like not say "This my be a long shot, but do you wanna grab lunch or drinks sometime". Or not let her now I am nervous about the whole thing.

I can't tell if she winked at me today. Ugh

I hate this job. I was getting ready to quit this summer then I met her and i was like fuck.

She says no : I move on

She says no : I get depressed

She says no : I think about what she says to other coworkers

She says no: All I can think about is what could I have done for her to say yes

She says yes: I don't know what the do next and I fail

I'm overthinking this

There was like a cute awkward moment too. We were saying bye after the shift and she was like "see you later alligator" and then there was a brief pause and she just started laughing like wtf did she just say lol.

Well i was debating whether saying you're looking cute today or that outfit is cute.

Anyway, back on the weed thing, how can I bring it up again. I'm willing to try it lol. I was thinking of being like "what's smoking weed like. I was always curious but the people who have ever offered me weed before looked like the sketchiest people of all time. You look trustworthy, hook me up lol".

Her face lit up when she thought I said I smoked weed cuz she does and i was like nah haven't done that.

I wanted to say she had a cute outfit the other day but got interrupted by another coworker asking for something.

Later in the day I ended up just complimenting her boots and she goes on about her outfit on how she likes to look cute and I smile back and nod. So I guess I can compliment her now without feeling weird.

I just wanna talk more with this girl lol.

I only work PMs so now I'll only see her on the way out.

Its sounds wrong like you want her to stay on PM shifts. IF you flirt say something like, my day will be brighter now that you're back on AM shifts or its good to have you back to where you belong and then give her a genuine smile.
