Even as a bloke I don't find big anything attractive. The physical side of things I like athletic muscle the most so I'm not interested in meatheads for dating. With that said body build isn't the only deciding factor in my choice to date someone.

There are a lot of women who dont like muscles that are too big. Even as a heterosexual man I idealize the leaner kind of muscle. It just looks nicer to me.

Maybe its a time and energy investment thing, you can invest time and energy into being powerful intellectually, or physically powerful, but youd have to sacrifice some of strength or intelligence if you want to be both.

Id rather date an intelligent guy than a meathead. I respect their will towards getting a better body, but I dont think muscles alone wont get you girls. Plenty of them seem lacking in other areas.

While some smart guys can be a bit too smart for their own good. I wouldnt want to be with someone who speaks nerd all the time. Itd be somewhat difficult to communicate with him.

Clean your face with water and/or a cleanser/moisturizer in the morning and just with water 2-3 times throughout the day.

Follow basic hygiene practices like showering every day, washing your hands after using the toilet, and changing your bed sheets at least once a week.

Exercise a few times a week.

Keep hydrated throughout the day with water and not sugary or highly-caffeinated drinks.
