No, because forward/back buttons on mice exist.

Mine doesn't actually have that, it just has a Windows button.

However that Windows button is touch-sensitive and it can go forward and back by swiping it up or down.

I also use that menu to disable zooming with the mouse wheel when Ctrl is held. It gets annoying when I'm using a laptop with a touchpad where I'm scrolling through a page, need to hit the Ctrl key, but the "inertial scroll" is still going, causing the page to randomly zoom in or out depending on which direction I was scrolling in.

Setting it to 2 (or I think any other number besides 1 or 0) turns it off entirely as a browser function.

Setting it to a 1 apparently causes the page to scroll upwards in a block if you press backspace.

Go under "about:config" then search for "backspace". It should return only one entry, which you should change to a "2".
