Mountain lions are ambush predators, the only way that fight is starting is if it catches the gorilla by surprise and attempts to bite the back of its neck. Gorillas do get ambushed by jaguars in the wild, it usually ends in the jaguar failing to do much and running away, but every now and then one gets lucky with a smaller gorilla.
