Dont sign anything or give money until all your needs are met. My first car buying experience was awful. I got stuck with a hugh intrest rate, they took my 1500 dollars and I when I was going to back out they wouldn't give me it back. Those fuckers even made my wife start crying. My next 2 cars I went in with my expectations and pretty much got everything I wanted met. Game Pass in Playstation means that Sony has competition for both Playstation Now and their 30% cut and that's something they won't give up unless forced. Having GP on a Sony system wouldn't take away from Sony's own GP/streaming service. The only issue I could see is if Microsoft starts buying third party exclusivity to Gamepass. The Bethesda acquisition didn't really stop Sony from completely dominating next gen headlines and the next two big Bethesda games are still Sony exclusive. Instead Microsoft should roll back their "exclusive" policy and maybe ever their game pass stuff. Start internally making new IPs and making their sequels to the big ips actually worthwhile.
