That is exactly why I decided to do it, lately all that I have really been doing when it comes to gaming is a little Apex Legends and then poking around at never ending resource management kind of games like Oxygen Not Included, Rimworld, etc. I just kind of lost that gaming drive over the last few years, I don't think I've even beaten a single player game since Horizen Zero Dawn (back when it first came out.) I'm hoping that working through this series, especially the ones that I haven't played yet (which is all of them after Black Flag) will help break me out of the funk. I have a ridiculous backlog of beatable games that I haven't touched.

Maybe I should do it then. I play online with some friends and while I enjoy it, I still love single player campaigns. It's just so hard for me to stay involved in them. I'm terrible for it.

Ny buddy at work called me crazy when I said we would be working from home at some point in the next month, this being February. Then one day, our boss sent out an email in March with procedures in the "unlikely event we will start working from home." Two days later, he called a conference to announce we will be working from home for two weeks, at the least.

Then my buddy called me crazy when I said we won't be going back until next year, at the least. And here we are.

And in all honesty, anyone with a brain saw the writing on the wall. Like, shit was going to get bad.

A ton of us already abide. The ones who don't won't listen to you regardless.

But even then, we only had one centralized topic about it, at least speaking about myself. People would invade, including a certain mod, to troll everyone, saying we were fear mongers. Said topic is a series and continues today.

If anything, the topics downplaying it where more common back then.

I decided to do just that recently, got the last couple I was missing on sale week before last and started playing 2 yesterday. I have 11 AC games lined up, from 2 through Odyssey.

My father is a convicted felon without voting rights (but would have voted Trump). And my mom is a "not a Trump supporter" but will defend him no matter what, despises "pervert" Biden and his "corruption" so she likely would have voted for Trump...she just doesn't vote.
