People act like it's this big thing that is supposed to drain all of your energy when you're done, and make you physically useless for three days after. Nah. If you feel like you're working hard during the session, then most likely you are. Immediately after you're done is when you begin recovering, so feeling like you have SOME energy still shouldn't be a terrible thing. |

Here were my compound lifts when the first photo was taken: Squats - 155 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Standing shoulder press - 85 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Bench - 135 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Deadlift - 225 lbs for 1 set of 5 And when the 2nd photo was taken: Squats - 210 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Standing shoulder press - 105 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Bench - 205 lbs for 3 sets of 5 Deadlift - 290 lbs for 1 set of 5 ( form was sloppy) |
