| Dustin1280 10/16/20 4:32:22 PM #4 | Basically when you try to browse a website like www.google.com the DNS entries tell the computer trying to access that website, what IP address to go to to bring the website up. Every website domain in existence has a IP address masked behind the domain and the IP address is actually what the browser is pulling information from. Nameservers are effectively a control system for dns records, so if a customer points their DNS nameservers to our company, we can manage their DNS for them to make sure everything runs well. Well this particular customer decided they wanted to manage their own dns entries, so they pulled the nameservers away from us and are now pissed at us because they have no idea what they just did and it broke the website. They still want to control their own dns records, but they want us to guide them through the process and basically educate them on how to do what they are trying to do. This did this without any warning to us whatsoever. Now today all of the sudden they are asking us to FIX THEIR website because it broke. They took back control of their DNS, failed to properly prepare the DNS records on their end and are now pissed at us because their website isn't working... I responded to them with their websites IP information, and now they want me to hold their hands and guide them through setting up the proper dns records with THEIR domain registrar. But the story, especially for fans of FF7, is bullshit. FF3 is ok FF11 is a mmo that sucks FF12 I personally hated, but this is a pretty divisive game and lots of people do like it FF13 (and FF13-2) are OKAY but suffered from numerous pacing problems among other things. FF14 is a MMO that originally sucked, and is now considered one of the best mmos on the market (after they rebuilt it from the ground up) I have been told it also has a really good storyline that more closely resembles single player rpgs. FF1, FF2, and FF15 are the trashiest of trash out there. Easily the worst FF games ever made, absolutely terrible.
