Even though people argue and fight here, and I don't always know as much about a person as I might, I still consider many people here to be friends. Alien Workshop, DK9292 Balrog0, CableZL, CADE FOSTER, MACIsBack, FF Redux,, UnfairRepresent, Veggeta X, and mrduckbear. That's right - even mrduckbear. There are others as well, that I'm just not remembering. See? People on CE can be friends. I like these people. A few, I'm even fond of. I would be sad if they stopped posting. Some of these people I've known for over ten years. I know some people just view CE as a place to waste thirty minutes a day, but it, and the people on it, are more than that. This will probably mean shops, cafes, supermarkets, offices and such closing down, people being mostly stuck in their houses, school and other educational buildings closing, and so on. The economy will take another massive hit, after it's been recovering. This is bullshit. We shouldn't have another lockdown. I know there is probably going to be a second spike without a lockdown, but I can't imagine it will be nearly as bad as before. I mean, we now have masks, social distancing, better general awareness, and such. There's going to be a televised conference at 9pm today (GMT). He managed to steal, enviegle, and embezzle tens of millions of dollars from various groups, particularly the American taxpayer. Absolutely crazy. He died relative young of some illness in a hotel, though, so I guess he came to a bad end. Did you know who this guy was before entering this topic? Is he famous in American history? His moves are so strange, plus pressing down to charge is very awkward and vulnerable. He is very good, however. His jump moves can be really helpful, like M Bison's head stomp - but better - and his rolling move is useful. Also, he has a long range on any punch attack. I mostly learnt about the huge capitalists, basically the Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos of their day, and about the stuff they did with oil, railroads, the banking system, and various other fields. Rockefeller, Hill, and so on. If you thought rich people had too much power over a country now, try then. There's also the black struggle back then, after the Civil War but before Martin Luther King. Life under Jim Crow laws, basically. Booker T Washington was one of the most prominent civil rights activities of his time, if not the biggest, and did things like lectures and encouraged his black peers.
