Hank was a peace of shit who mentally abused his wife and cared more about minerals than her. Mike killed people for sport. Andrea was innocent and beautiful and has a supporting family.

An important factor being Andrea had about a tenth of the screen time compared to Hank/Mike. Otherwise Drew Sharp should be running away with it based off of perceived goodness.

Hank's abuse largely arose from dealing with PTSD and Marie being the most irritating person alive. Doesn't excuse it at all, but to act like that severs any positive connection the viewer has with him is ridiculous.

No it's not. Actually Layne Norton just recently did an Instagram post debunking volume as being the deciding factor for growth when it's actually time-under-tension. Volume is really just one means to deliver more TUT, but simply slowing down the eccentric (lowering) phase is another. That's what it comes down to. You could do a slow set of 8 reps and that could be more tension but less volume than two fast sets of 10.

Is there no benefit to extending the duration of your concentric contractions?

I finally balanced my diet to prevent flare ups from my stomach and gain weight.. The weight gain has been rapid because I've gone from 1500-1700 calories a day to about 2700-3000... The drawbacks being that most of the weight gain is fat and I store all of my fat in my gut and ass. I'm cool with the ass fat, but this gut sucks. From 125 to 145 in 3 months though.

I've been working out every night, just limited in my home workouts and dumbbells/kettlebells are still sold out everywhere. Just bought some push up stands and resistance bands.

Probably gonna aim for 160lbs and then cut to 150.. Not sure since I'm not really an expert on bulking/cutting. I just don't want to gain a gut for all my efforts.

Tho it was the first time I read the lyrics, I knew the chorus but not the verses, I did it on my second recording.

Thanks man! I came up with the hook and tried to just let that carry the song. You can tell where my brain gave up on coming up with new lyrics. Freestyling can be hard.

And hell yeah man, keep at it. I could hear you getting into a flow on your freestyle. It's super hard to keep it from breaking down. I suggest youtubing "insert genre here backing tracks" and just freestyling about anything.
