Let's say your mortgage is $700 and you rent the house and charge $1,400 which is double what it's worth, divide it into 5 and everyone pays $280. The landlord makes double the profit and each individual save around $400-$500 per month compared to what everyone woukd pay if they went to rent an apartment. If you started adding another hour of sleep you would notice a massive difference I don't know if I'm at 100% I do feel it the only people I can compare myself is to my co-workers and most of the time we work the same speed/level most of the times I do more but that's because they end getting phone breaks and messing around. I did feel like shit when my kids were born I only got about 4 hours of sleep and I did feel terrible.
