It's one of my favorites too. It was flawed with how blue coins were designed and a few of the required FLUDDless void levels were pure evil. However, it's still the most fun 3D Mario to just run around like a big playground. I loved Mario's movement so much. The soundtrack was amazing with Kondo's Delfino Plaza and remixes. Shinobu Tanaka's tracks have that chill quirky vibe. The levels were so detailed where everything was interactive. It was gorgeous and 3D All Stars version is absolutely beautiful. Hasn't aged except the low polygonal textures and a few minor visuals.

I can't tell you anything about sales, but Among Us passed up Fall Guys on Twitch for like a week or two now. It's not #1 at this very moment but it has been #1 a ton of times the past two weeks.

Well yeah it's more popular but it doesn't mean it killed Fall Guys. It's like saying Just Chatting channel is killing Fortnite.

Some developer will combine both genres. Imagine something like Fortnite and Amongst Us on a wider scale.

I don't think it is at all. They are both totally different genres.

Fall Guys is a 3D platformer + battle royale + party game. Party royale I call it. It's about chaos, quick reactions, timing, randomness, and having actual 3D platforming skills. Rage inducing moments and all cute looking.

Among Us is a social deduction party game. It takes strategy, observational skills, communication, and persuasion. A totally different game in vibe and style.

It's like comparing Fortnite with League of Legends.

Fall Guys doesn't have anything substantial for it to continue success as a popular streaming game unless they add more content. Whereas Fortnite has the unique locations, weapons, abilities, fort building, etc.. Every match is totally different and has a sort of player driven narrative. Same goes for Among Us. Fall Guys can't become a competitive game either because of the randomness. I love Fall Guys by the way. Not hating on it, but sadly it will be a fad most likely.

I once got a local hot blonde's number. We had a phone conversation and first convo she had to tell me about her personal relationship with Jesus.... Nevertheless, on our 2nd convo she asked if I was talking to other girls. I said yeah well I'm on an online dating site and we haven't actually physically met yet. She freaked out and dropped me.

Another time I met this cute nerdy chick at a mall and she said she was carrying a knife around. Ok no big deal. Then she showed me pictures of Trevor from GTAV on her phone. She was literally idolizing him. Yeeeaahhh I said nope and never met her again.

Met this hot Argentinian milf fitness instructor for food. Later she told me she had some std and was on craiglists looking for a job she could be roleplaying maid for a party..... I noped out of that one.

Then the girl that one time told me she had a fantasy of locking a boyfriend up naked in a cage.... Met 3 times. She turned herself into a psyche ward no joke. I hard noped on that lol.

There's some straight up crazy broads on these online dating sites. I've had a lot of experiences. I could tell more.

Never ever ask a simple question that can be answered with a definite answer as first message. If you must ask a question make it open ended.

It may sound simple, but a genuine compliment works. Not "hey you're cute" or "hey hottie". Find a feature you really like about them and expand.

No freaking essays unless person's profile is long and you can tell they like literature.

My favorite series is Mario and so I'm enjoying it of course. Yeah it doesn't include Galaxy 2 and there's no actual bells & whistles. However, it's nice to have literally 3 of my favorite games of all time in one package remastered. I'm a huge Mario fanboy so yeah my perspective is biased.

I beat SM64 100% already. Very good emulation/remaster whatever you want to call it. Noticed a few places where invisible walls popped up mid jump that seemed very odd. That was my only gripe.

Sunshine is missing the analog trigger button for water nozzle. It feels so weird to press and it's full blast. It takes away from the literal feeling of shooting a water gun which made original so fun on GC control. No other issue so far.

Yes I would! I'd never have to work again in my life. I'd be saving most of it. I could still play most games and watch movies those 10 years. I make music so that wouldn't really be needed.

There's also text to voice.

Hell, throw in me losing ability to use language or even understand spoken language for an extra $1000 a week. I'd just grunt my way through life 10 years.

It was the new thing and older guard of alternative and metal fans wanted to gatekeep what was true "metal" and "alternative". The hip-hop element of nu metal wasn't welcomed by hip-hop fans. You got that plus the image associated with it and no wonder it was hated. Same thing happened with emo in mid 00s and then brostep in early 10s.

Simpson Hit & Run is possibly the most underrated GTA clone from the 6th gen. It mixes the zaniness of a 3D platformer and open world mayhem of GTA all set in a very well designed Springfield. The way the graphics were has made it age better than most other games from that era.

Breath of the Wild - It truly felt like Hyrule was a sandbox. Music/sound design was a novel way to minimalistically approach an open world game without being repetitive. Worl design focused on the discovery thrill aspect

Astr Bot: Rescue Mission - Made me a true believer in VR. There hasn't been a platformer as fresh since SM64. It could have simply been just a 3D platformer with VR camera, but the level design made with VR in mind. Also, the interactivity of you as the camera plus use of Dualshock controller had some amazing sections

Fortnite: Battle Royale - BR genre didn't start here, but this really shows all the novels ways it could be used. Really that's not the real reason. The real reason is it's approach to constantly changing thus literally feeling fresh every few weeks. It's always changing and not just small. Map rearranged, new amazing mechanics, live events, etc..

Outer Wilds - An open solar system adventure game that mixes time and physics in a way lije a grand puzzle. This is a game that I would dream about. The approach to the story is done like Metroid Prime, but you can actually piece them together. The music and artstyle really touched me too.

Pokemon Go - Think about it, this game made people all of a sudden around the world to get out and go outside to find virtual Pokemon. I know Niantic had a previous game with augmented reality geo locational mechanic, but this felt so fresh. Summer of 2016 will always be Pokemon Go summer.

Splatoon - Nintendo's third person shooter but with pain. Slinging paint around levels had been done before, but not in such a fresh way. The art and music styles just gave this so much personality. Playing it feels like butter when you swim through paint on the ground.

Celeste - Taking the traditional 2D platformer genre and giving it so much grace. The brilliant level design and controls work together like magic. What really made it fresh was how the story delved deep.

Undertale - It's rare to see the full artistic vision of a one creator in a video game to shine through without flaws. Toby Fox made a piece of art that is truly his. The nature of how game is played is an rpg upside down. The music themes use leitmotives in such a vatierty of genres. And finally story was beyond emotional and awe inspiring.

Onrush - It looks like just another arcade racer, but the objective is not really getting ahead and win a race. It's as though a hero shooter is going on while vehicles are constantly locked into a race.

Super Mario Odyssey - There's just so much packed into this game. Every level is a nice surprise of new mechanics and theme. Again, the music knocked me out with how it totally shifted genres every level. From magical Elfman quirky score to John Williams grand orchestra to Indonesian gamelan to Mexican mariachi to uptempo swing jazz to surf rock/soul to Christmas-y Celtic music
