Like lets go back to wyoming. Currently, if the democrats would put a whole lot of effort/money into it to double their 2016 votes. They'd still lose the state and the money would be wasted. While the amount of resources to get like say 10 or 20% more votes would be significantly less and have value in a popular vote situation.

and in a popular vote situtation instead of winning by 2,868,686 votes they'd have won by 2,924,659. Wow so worth the investment.

don't get how you don't challenge that steal at home. Looked like he tagged the helmet which fell off and after that it doesn't look like he tags the body until the hand is in. i'm not against it now, it allows your vote to carry more power. It's easier to flip a state then flip a country. It also forces presidents to campaign in less populated areas so their focus isn't just New York City, Southern California, Central Texas, and Chicago.

Without a constitutional amendment, which means you need 3/4 of states to agree, there is no "set it and done" and you aren't getting any constitutional amendments done with the correct system.
