Covid is just one of those things that you can catch unless you're willing to live in a plastic bubble. I say people should do what they can to be careful, but also not completely stop living their lives. Trump took all the precautions that a reasonable person would take.

Lets say Trump is released from the hospital soon (whether he's truly better or not). Doesnt he have to quarantine and stay away from people for 2 weeks? How's that going to work? I cant picture him doing that.

That's a recommendation. He doesn't have to do it if he doesn't want to and no one can force him to.

Hes basically in a fever dream right now as the virus rages through his body. He probably has absolutely no idea what hes doing or saying. Which was already hard to tell on a good day.

The virus doesn't affect everyone the same. I'm sure those people are being honest about their experience, but again it varies greatly in how much it affects different people. Trump said he's doing well and I have no reason to believe that he'd lie (especially about something important).

Many Hispanics have worked extremely hard (and spent a lot of time and money) to immigrate to this country legally. They support Trump because he's made great strides in improving and streamlining the process for legal immigration while simultaneously cracking down on illegal immigration.

Go watch the debate again. There were so many that Trump took control of the situation even when it was supposed to be Biden's turn to speak. And on all those occasions, Biden failed to wrestle control back from Trump. Trump was totally on fire last night. He dominated the stage and made Biden look weak. Even the moderator couldn't stop Trump.

There are. I was talking to some coworkers today who were previously undecided and they mostly agreed that they were impressed with Trump's performance and will now be voting for him.

Trump won the first debate, but I would vote for him either way. Trump could barge into my house and have his secret service guards hold me down while he takes a shit in my mouth and I'd still vote for him.

I'll admit that Biden did much better than I thought he would, but Trump still won. So many times during the debate when Trump was really letting Biden have it, I could hear my neighbors chanting "MAGA! MAGA! MAGA!" It was beautiful. I think Biden is just too tired and it showed last night. He went up against an opponent who is far more energetic and is an intellectual heavyweight. Of course was going to lose.

If you have 100% probability of a result, and that result doesn't occur, then your math is wrong.

That's not always true. For example, if a random number is generated out of infinitely many numbers, and I have to guess what that number is, then there's a 100% chance that I will not guess correctly even though it is still possible for me to guess correctly.

No one here probably has even the slightest idea of how difficult it is to create a company like Amazon. If the workers don't like it, they're free to quit and go somewhere else; they're not being held against their will. And there are plenty who are willing to tak their place.
