It was weird, I had zero desire to eat and didn't have the sensation of hunger. My fever and chills lasted for 8 days. I know the game is easily beatable while being F2P (I'm AR38 with everything but a few levels of spiral abyss done) but I'm salty af that I don't have diluc or venti. I dumped all of my primogems and a bit extra ($$$) into the game and the only other 5 star I pulled is Keqing.
