Standard thing.

Every school I went to, from high school to community college to University, we had final exams and then Christmas break before the start of the next semester. My friend has Christmas break, then final exams and then immediately the new semester begins. Has anyone else done it this way? How could you enjoy your Christmas knowing you have your final exams a couple weeks away? This is boggling my mind, it makes no sense to me at all.

I didn't want to but my Grandparents came up specifically for my high school graduation so I really had no choice in the matter.

I used about 10 cups of water in total for the tofu and the ginger syrup that went with it.

Well, they noticed it had an unrated version and my mom immediately bailed on it without giving it a chance. My dad watched it and was not impressed with the humour. I really need to get a new family.

Yesterday I made tofu from scratch for the first time. It turned out pretty well but it was a long and somewhat messy process.

They don't know what they are in for. All they know about it is that it's about a cute teddy bear that comes to life. Can't wait to see their reactions to it.

First grandparent to pass away was when I was 29, followed by another at 31. I was very lucky to get to know all my grandparents very well.

My other set of grandparents are both in their 90s, although one has dementia.

Five years next month.

Even if I was good enough I highly doubt I would want to attempt to go pro. The lifestyle and being in the public spotlight is not appealing to me at all. What's wrong with just playing for fun?

I had three straight years of college with no Friday classes. It really was great having a three day weekend every week.
