Going by the doc, there have been exactly 25 different gifters. I can't recall if anyone mentioned a prize for most-gifted, but at 24 games sent out, Itrumpmypillow definitely holds the lead in that regard.

That limit is more when your spending/gifting habits are out of the ordinary. I think the regions you gift to matter a bit as well. But I haven't hit it this sale and I've spent like $500 between personal games and gifts.

Used to be when you crafted badges, you had a chance at getting random steam coupons (some games had up to 90% coupons drop). Doesn't look like they really do that anymore though

You get sale cards during the sale and ~2 weeks before it starts but other than that you get coupons which are usually for shit games you'll never play.

You missed the massive leveling rush a few sales ago. for a minimal points investment you could gain l hundreds of levels. They put a cap on the number of levels you could gain but I still gained like 30 levels. Every 20 levels gives you a bonus to your chance of getting a booster pack drop.

And yeah, Ori 2 is seriously my favorite game ever. Maybe next year or so it'll have a steep enough sale where I can give a few copies out and spread the love.

It is an amazing Metroidvania it's just so beautiful.

You get a random one each day, but there's 14 different ones and you don't get duplicates. Basically claim your free one every day of the sale and you'll get it eventually.

Anyone been using their points to buy stuff from the Steam store? If you buy games, you get points. I think 1 = 1 cent. Those are both moving. The avatar border is static, I have a few of those. When you hover over my picture, it does a psychedelic pattern

I might have purchased a couple animated stickers and profile cosmetics, also the stickers for DOOM Eternal and CSGO are cute as hell.

It's a little backwards, but /profile/ is only if you are using their # id. If you are copying their profile name, you use /id/. So it's:

But when visiting their wishlist /profile and /id should already be there and not be touched either way.

I remember the Wii had a feature that let you gift games to other people. Aside from Steam, I haven't seen any other platform do this since. I have no idea why, either.

Steam, Origin, Blizzard, and the Microsoft store all allow gifting. This seems more of a "Sony being Sony" thing

I don't really visit GameFAQs much anymore and haven't really participated in a while but it's sad to see Arch not doing them anymore, it's like an end to a legacy is all.
