You obviously did a good job making sure your island was blocked off properly when you did it. I didn't put enough effort into it.

And I'm still convinced the game knows what you're trying to do and won't do it unless you actually do have every other space blocked off. There's definitely more to the determination than "random 3x3 free space".

yeah i was very meticulous, only thing left to worry about is the fact that the top 4 spots are in the same acre and i still see mixed messages about whether theres a limit

There are 5 "Grand" bug models which are much bigger than the normal ones. 3 are available right now for Northern hemisphere: Atlas Moth, Banded Dragonfly, and Queen Alexandria Birdwing

Villager houses are 4x4, your house is 5x4 with the 5 being the horizontal length

yes, you only need 1 higher elevation with a river on it, no need for the 3rd level
You cant change to a different bridge/incline type or move them somewhere else if thats what youre asking, if you dont want them where they are you have to demolish then build a new one where you want it

Welp people keep figuring out ways to use the 2x1 dupe glitch to also glitch other items, first it was just 1x1 furniture, now hats (aka royal crowns) have been figured out

It's about the same. There's a lot of improvements to the gameplay/plot but the level design isn't nearly as interesting. At the same time you feel less like you're fighting falling off of cliffs/into water.

Does it have ANY enemy diversity this time? Thats one of the many reasons I fell off Nioh without actually finishing it

The one good thing about letting the RNG handle it is that it will balance out your personalities, any ones you dont have will get priority with automatic move ins

Naomi is finally officially gone from my town and I picked Cheri up off a mystery island. That and with Nan getting replaced by Lily a little while ago Im almost back to a completely diverse island in terms of species. Had 2 cows, 2 goats, and 2 cats on the island at one point, now its just the 2 cats that overlap. The reasons to get rid of Merry keep piling up. Shit house from being an original 5, a repeat Cat and now a repeat Peppy since I got Cheri. I do need a Snooty though since Im missing that personality.

I caught both of the pier fish, but I've decided to start stockpiling bait for the coming months that will have new pier fish, or river mouth fish, or waterfall fish. I'll just get clams whenever I'm on the beach.

All the Pier only and Clifftop only fish have already been available in Northern Hemisphere so if you caught all the fish available in March/April/May already no more worrying about that.

And theres only 2 more River Mouth only fish and those are only available in September and are both classified as common

I actually dont know if that layout is even gonna be viable, at least where I have it, there are completely mixed reports as to whether you can have more than 3 rocks in a single acre so I guess I'm gonna find out soon. I did it this way since it was the smallest layout I could think of that still gives a natural corner around every rock with the fence so that I dont have to dig holes to hit them
