And good job with the squats and deads. My lower body strength is slowly coming back. I had a high ankle sprain and a grade 1 LCL sprain back in September that kept me from squatting heavy until recently. I also have zero cartilage in the same knee from an ACL tear back in college. My right leg is fucked...

i think it's definitely the mental aspect to me, however, i am much better at repping than 1 rep maxes. It's crazy to me that you bench 365 for sets of 6 but bench 455. i just cant wrap my mind around it haha.

ever thought about just doing box squats or like belt squats? take some pressure of the knees?

haha last game got a little laggy but nice work man, the plant was nice. my only small suggestion is to be careful with the get up options. landing on stage with up b can be really laggy and doing a get up attack (or arial) every time can make your movement a little predictable. otherwise, nice work

be careful, I'm catching up to you ;) that's crazy good though. how many did you do 365 for before you hit 405? I could probably do 4-5 if I went all out, but that might be pushing it.

had a nice squat/deadlift workout yesterday. worked up to a top set of 455x3 on squats and 500x2 on deadlifts with volume afterwards. bench workout today.

I would assume things like getting jab locks out of nair or tjolt would be easier online since it's harder to tech. it is pretty nice, I am thankful for it and I am thankful that my family are pretty good at smash haha and it's also a nice excuse for me to say day 1 back! Gut feeling tells me Pichu would be about the same offline or even slightly better because things like tjolt will be a little easier to react to, but your combos will be much more crisp offline. the biggest problem is what you mentioned which is the ability to react to things. I can't tell you the number of times (as I'm sure you can relate) a tech is missed or you see what the opponent is doing, but you can't react to it because it's online. There are times when I neutral get up and try to shield or spot dodge and the input is to delayed and I just get crushed vs offline where a lot of times you can react. It's really like a different game.

The online input buffer is also way worse. I buffer air dodges and roll in all the time online but seldom did offline.

The numbers are garbage. Our testing has doubled over the past month. I wouldn't be surprised if we've actually been at 2 million cases for months.

There's a lot of info (granted, needs to be 100% verified) that suggest the virus has been in the U.S. since December or even as early as August. I would not be surprised if there's actually 2-3x the number of cases based off that research alone which is arguably even scarier.

And its exactly what you said. People are seeing areas doing well and think they can just show up no mask no gloves no nothing and its seriously messing up these areas that were good and moving on the right track.

Myrtle had 1 chain of restaurants close and that equated to 7 restaurants which will be open back soon.
