If one or both of your arm isn't fully functional, the third arm is. The arm is completely under your control like your regular arms and you can choose the placement. Once placement has been chosen it cannot be moved. You could get it removed surgically if you wanted to, but would come with all the issues that go along with that. --- walk like thunder |
