Dont use their modem/router as a router. Bypass it, disable their WiFi signal, and make sure you you have a router capable of handling gigabit internet speed.

I just have the device they provided. Which ones do you have?

I just got it recently but the highest speed I got was 350mbps the first 2 days. Now it just hovers around 180-270Mbps.

Most of the Latinos that live in/move to the US are brown bur their latin american home countries are actually very diverse with people of all colors. They have white, black, arab, and asian people all over.
