I agree with the ruling.

But the only problem that I foresee is someone pulling out the LGBT card when they should be fired for non-LGBT related issues. I know at work theres this trans-girl who is terrible at her job, no one likes working with her. She doesn't get along with anyone. Very abrasive. Yells at ancillary staff at the hospital including nurses, techs, etc. Calls in sick for bullshit reasons (which means the work is dumped on someone else). Just a bad human being overall. But admin is scared to do anything to her because shes trans. And she has been overheard before talking about how she "feels people treat her differently because shes trans" and how it causes her emotional stress.

Documentation has always been important when firing someone, regardless of the protected class in effect.

My 40 pound australian shepherd is a rescue and I or my 3 year old can do that without problems.

If they truly want M&L to be the RPG Mario and PM to be its own thing (why? Who knows) they should just drop the pointless turn based battles and embrace what Super Paper Mario was going for. These half-assed RPG systems are lame.

...you can kit Mario out with additional Hammers and Boots, granting him additional combat capabilities. Although fancy, these weapons will break after a while, so be sure you change things up every so often.

Looks like a blast outside battles. Still skeptical about that.

Also the still apparent refusal to design memorable characters and enemies. I doubt Tape or Colored Pencils will have much character development or back story.

You know you're probably right since the ship is supposed to have a 3 shift rotation yet Data/Worf/Picard and Riker all are on the bridge at the same time even when no crisis is happening.

So there's probably like 9 super capable commanders officers we never fucking see.

Thats kind of funny. I imagine the other shifts are boring and nothing happens. Then when the featured shift takes command shit magically goes down.
