I found it just ok when watching it originally. At first I felt like it wasn't necessary. Like the murder was solved and we already knew a lot about Laura after 2 seasons. I feel like you'll appreciate it better after watching season 3 since it introduces a lot of critical elements for the rest of the story.

It's an app than can be accessed through a mobile device or from his website. Contains his workout videos and tracks your progress, live training sessions once in a while, motivational videos and some healthy cooking recipes. I only look at the workout videos.

I like it! DDP is a great motivator and I workout in hotel rooms when I'm traveling for my job. Feels great after working on the computer all day. I can do most of the advanced workouts but the extreme ones are still too much for me. Did anybody ever try it?
