I haven't played since I read Jennifer Government like 15(!) years ago.

My favorite events are the ones that require you to stay indoors or bad things happen. If this happens early enough I guess you just have to starve.

Don't play on the default difficulty if you are. In fact, counter to what you might expect, the random difficulty is the most compelling and the easiest to manage.

They have to get all the stuff out early because statistically something like 80% of all viewers stop watching after the first couple minutes.

It's a carbon copy of the PS4 port.

It's got Ys Book I & II, the best version of that game, so I'm seriously considering it.

What is this weight loss program that starts with eating 2-3x the recommended daily amount for two days? If you normally eat around 2k that'd be like eating another half a week or more worth of food.

Sinus congestion is the worst for me. No feeling more uncomfortable than pressure in your hot nose, and you can't breathe out of it.

How were you supposed to handle the final boss when he is almost dead and just keeps healing? I managed to beat him by just overwhelming hin with a limit break, but I feel like I lucked out there and I was supposed to use a trick or strategy or something.

Beat up its legs to stagger it and use your limit break during the burst phase.

Mikey was my turtle growing up. now I'm more of a Raph fan.

The best parts of the original's early game are when Cloud plays up the cold mercenary angle and they leaned into that hard in the Remake. Excited for more.

People called Horizon: Zero Dawn the best game in the series.

It makes sense within the definition of the law. Flash-bangs are not wholly non-lethal. They can kill if they detonate too close to someone.

He's not wrong. Downturns in the economy are the best times to buy in because you can buy more for your dollar, which pays off when the economy bounces back.

The whole point of the scene is to show Han is a merciless outlaw. Though the only issue I have with Greedo shooting at all is that he misses. What sort of merc are you that when you have your quarry dead to rights 4 feet away that you miss your shot?

Hell yeah. Really captures the nostalgia of watching things like The Crocodile Hunter on Animal Planet as a kid.

It's spread the same way the common cold is. While possible, someone actively infectious had to have sneezed on your stuff very recently and you lick it for you to get it.

How do you think I should run random encounters? Since its only me playing I was just thinking about rolling a d20 each time I moved up to my speed in a map and having a random encounter with anything X-Y = Random Encounter, Z being a random event. Something like that.

In 5e at least, in a single day of adventuring you're expected to fight 3-5 encounters. Partially because attrition will wear you down, and partially because combat takes up a lot of actual time.

I've ran a game or two.

St. Charles is a suburb of St. Louis, and is a moderately wealthy one at that. It's where vaguely successful white people move to when they don't want to be near the city (read: near undesirables) but still close enough to a highway so they can visit quickly. Pretty wild story.

Just stock up on the essentials early before it's actually confirmed to be spreading in the US and everyone is flocking to stores in panic mode.

I definitely would say that random encounters are antiquated, but I don't actively hate them. Maybe it's nostalgia. I just played through FF5 and it owned.

Hell yes.

Planescape: Torment. You spend the whole game talking your way through most of your problems then you come to the final dungeon: a place you cannot leave, you're separated from your party, and powerful evil ghosts chase you around the whole time.

If you don't know how to break the game with your knowledge of jobs and mechanics, FFV can provide some decent challenge. The story is brisk and you keep the same 4 person party the whole game.

V is my favorite of them.

SH4 is a good game OP

Tetra Master I feel was intentionally obtuse. Many would turn to the strategy guide and...well...

CC had little challenge anyway. 3/5 into the game you can cheese a secret boss and get Serge's ultimate weapon early.

I strongly disliked the political, metaphysical story. Also the setting of a flying city was a waste of potential.

A long gun seems impractical for the environment. A much more versatile handgun would have sufficed imo

I think it's merely ok. Mad props to everyone who rightly sees XIV as a top tier FF game though.
