It was wrapping around the park. We were going to ride it first as soon as the park opened the next day, but the park was closed for lightning. Funny story though, we got lunch at a stand close by it and saw some people come off the ride with pissed pants. My little church with 200 total members gets permission before it plays any movies or music. My school that had a graduating class of 105 people did the same thing. My university got permission to show movies in my film lecture class. This is pretty common sense stuff. The fine just being 250 sounds pretty cheap to me. School got off lucky.
