This wasn't what I was looking for, but apparently someone did a TRON-themed show in 2016:

Legends 2016 show, The Grid, represented a futuristic view of electronics. Featuring music from Tron: Legacy and The Matrix Reloaded, the program told an abstract science fiction story about technology. Corps members represented a grid through their use of angular and square drill formations. We wanted to keep the theme abstract, says Ibe Sodawalla, Legends founder and director.

I love DCI (and Vanguardgrew up in Silicon Valley but live closer to the Blue Devils now). I kind of was hoping my son might do it someday, but he quit music. My 12-year-old daughter plays percussion, though!

Still, its only for the young. Im old.

When I listen to the soundtrack from TRON Legacy, I imagine it as a corps performance.

I know, right? The first time it happened, I thought we had a burglar on the roof. It's not so much that they're big; it's that they jump from the trees onto the roof, and they land with a giant thud, then scramble all over the place.

Oh, and sometimes we have turkeys on the roof, too.

As with many (maybe all?) of the Laws of Moses, there is a foundation in health and welfare behind the tradition. Whether those health benefits are valid in the modern world is certainly a topic for debate.

I am a woman and literally have no stick in this game. I understand the arguments both ways. There is medical research that there is some value in male circumcision (in contrast to female circumcision, for which there is no known medical benefit). Allowing something just because it is a religious tradition obviously can be problematic. That's the main reason it really should remain a medical issue. The APA gives its recommendations. Last time I checked (which was a long time ago), they were fairly neutral and basically provided research-based facts.

My son is circumcised. I let my husband decide. My husband is Jewish by birth though not by faith.
