Ex: Most would classify a unemployed, single, 24 year old living with their parents as a millennial. At some places being a manager or being responsible for lower-level employees just isn't worth the money. Taking the responsibility cut could sometime add years onto your life. But if what you're saying is he left a similar job for your job (but is NOW the boss) then thats real iffy. Again it could come to the work load or he just really values having healthcare. In that case I probably wouldn't switch because he's losing the 20K plus what they take out of each paycheck, and unless hes super sickly I doubt hes using those benefits. Maybe now as a supervisor hes doing better? lots of things to take into consideration. --- Served 10 years in the army. Now living good. |
