Always build. The cost depends on the resolution you'd like to play at, but for 1080p @ 60 fps with mostly top settings you can build one for around $800, given you already have a monitor.

I have a monitor, but it is probably around 15 years old. Will that still work or will I need to buy a new one?

Killing things with modern tools is actually quite easy and not very badass if I will be honest with you.

I think I am going to start intensively hunting next fall/winter and stock up on deer, rabbit, and squirrel meat.

I feel like eating beef is bad for the environment. If I only eat wild game, poultry, and fish would that actually help the environment?

I just got back from dinner. I went out to eat with some buddies, and I thought it would be funny as an embarrassing prank that when one of my friends got up to use the restroom I told our waitress that it was his birthday (it is not even close to his birthday) so that when he would come back they would sing to him.

They gave him a free dessert. He admitted it was funny, but said it was an asshole thing to do, because it was basically stealing a free dessert.

I didn't even know they were going to give him a free dessert, I assumed they would just sing to him. But the dessert was like a couple bucks in value anyway so I don't think it is a big deal.

I went to the gas station for cigarettes. When I asked for them the lady behind me started rambling on about how bad those are for me, so to be snarky I said "Oh, I don't smoke them I just give them out to kids". Then the gas station employee said she couldn't sell them to me because I said that or she could get fired.

She said it didn't matter if I was joking it was store policy.

I live in a small town and that gas station is the only store that sells cigarettes so I had to drive to the next town over.

The only way I can see that the bus door shuts is a button or lever by the driver seat. How does the bus door get shut when the driver gets off for the night?

The thing I am most sad is I only have one duck now so he is going to be lonely. A lot of places only sell you like six ducklings minimum. Hopefully I can find someone that will sell me just one duckling so I can give my duck a friend again.

Most likely if there's no trace your duck got eaten by another bird like an eagle or something.

I thought about a bird as well, we done have a lot of bald eagles in my area, but I feel like they eat mostly fish. I also don't think an osprey would eat a duck either and redtailed hawk is probably not big enough.

The ducks stay pretty close to the house, so I usually don't see predators close to where they are. I have never seen a coyote that close and only have seen a few foxes. Could have been a raccoon, but that wouldn't have been a clean kill. My bet is a fox, but I still feel like I would have seen a pile of feathers at least.

Searched my whole property carefully, not a sign of anything suspicious.

Could a fox or coyote eat a duck and leave no trace?

I am just keeping it simple with wings. If my team was in it I would go all out, but not this year.

A girl I am friends with on social media is always posting nonsense about being depressed and never being able to find the right guy and all this. Well she is very overweight.

So yesterday when she posted a complaint about being single, I replied with something along the lines of "Maybe if you lost a few dozen lbs you would be more desirable." She and many others got pretty salty at me.

I thought what I said was reasonable, and I am sure she already knew that. I felt like she just needed someone to spell it out for her so she could have motivation to get healthier.
